A client and/or pet’s visit can seem a bit daunting, but it shouldn’t. We have put together some information and resources to ease your mind and have you prepared!

At your first visit, we will gather information from you and your pet including their adoption/purchase/rescue history, medical history, medications history, diet, etc. Therefore, please bring this information with you for most thorough consultation and care. Even better, please fill out the New Client Form and New Pet Form prior to your first visit. If you are a pre-existing client, we will review you and your pet’s previous information to ensure all is updated.

Bringing in a fresh stool or urine sample is always a good idea!  Easier to throw away if not needed vs. coaxing your pet to leave us a present!!

Your veterinarian will examine your pet and consult with you on any animal care needs.  Please use this time to ask any questions you may have prepared.

Appointment Policies

  • All dogs must be brought in on a leash
  • All cats must be in a fully enclosed carrier- this is for their safety!!
  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to allow our reception team to greet you and your pet and get you checked in.  If you have not filled out any online forms before your visit, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.  We understand your time is valuable and while we do our best to see you and your pet on time, emergencies and special care patients can sometimes derail us from this.  We will keep you informed should this be a possibility.

Please review Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) page for more information.
